TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you automatically agree with the terms and conditions I have set between me, the artist, and you as the client.

  1. First and foremost, good communication and relationship between the artist and the client are highly appreciated. The artist will not tolerate any improper behavior of all sorts, or else the artist will have to decline your commission request.

  1. All artworks will be rendered in my art style! The artist holds rights to the artwork. Digital artwork is entertained at the moment. The artist will present a sketch to the client until the client is satisfied. No more than 2 revisions can be made. Additional fees is required for additional revisions. The artist also encourages clients to present pegs/mood boards/sketches of their preference for the artwork. Get your imagination working~!

  1. Once the sketch is finalized, 50% DOWN PAYMENT IS REQUIRED before the artist can proceed with rendering the artwork. FULL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE ONCE THE ARTWORK IS DONE. Artwork/s will be in 300dpi. Any revisions in the final render will be declined.

  1. The client’s artwork is purely for personal use only. If the client wants to use the artwork for commercial purposes, the artist will be open to discussing it on a different matter, provided that it will cost more charges under the artist’s terms. Also, all artworks are under the artist’s jurisdiction – the client cannot reproduce/resell the artwork/claim it their own and, most especially, in the form of NFTs. The client is discouraged from using the artwork for advertising/gaining profits in any relation to NFTs/Cryptocurrency. The artist will have to decline you of work.

  1. TAT will take 2-3 weeks/months depending on the artist’s schedules (Day Job/Emergencies). Regardless, the artist will give the client updates daily or every now and then. The client and the artist will communicate via E-mail or Discord.

  1. If the client wishes to back out for any reason, the artist will still require the client to pay for the progress of the artwork. The artist does not accept refunds.

  1. Once the artwork is finished, the artist is allowed to post the artwork on their social media platforms. The client is required to give proper credits to the artist.
